RELLINOX Health Card – Terms & Conditions
The RELLINOX Health Card is a membership-based support initiative designed to facilitate access to healthcare-related assistance and services, subject to internal guidelines and company policies. By applying for or using the Health Card, the cardholder agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Nature of the Health Card
- The RELLINOX Health Card is not an insurance policy.
- The card does not provide or guarantee any fixed financial, medical, or insurance benefit.
- The Health Card should not be construed as a substitute for health insurance or medical coverage of any kind.
Assistance & Support
- Any assistance or support provided under the Health Card, if applicable, shall be entirely discretionary.
- Assistance is subject to RELLINOX Private Limited’s internal policies, terms, and evaluation criteria prevailing at the time of request.
- RELLINOX Private Limited reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline assistance without prior notice.
Role of Shivaji International Patel Association
- Shivaji International Patel Association is involved only in voluntary outreach and support activities, where applicable.
- The association does not assume any financial, medical, legal, or contractual liability related to the Health Card.
- No claims, obligations, or assurances shall be deemed enforceable against the association.
Limitation of Liability
- RELLINOX Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or non-use of the Health Card.
- The card does not create any entitlement, vested right, or guaranteed service.
Amendments & Validity
- RELLINOX Private Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Health Card program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the Health Card after any modification shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
Jurisdiction
- All disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or related to the Health Card shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts as per the registered office location of RELLINOX Private Limited.
Acceptance of Terms
By applying for or using the RELLINOX Health Card, the cardholder confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
